A different side to Paris
Are you looking to discover Paris or experience the city again in a different way? Do you want to get away from it all and glide along Parisian canals at your own pace, completely independently?
Are you looking for an idea for a weekend break? A family outing? Or do you just want to spend some romantic time together as a couple?
Marin D’Eau Douce can provide just what you are looking for. With our electric, licence-free boats you can experience Paris from the water, gliding along the Canal Saint Martin and the Canal de l’Ourcq. The experience is miles away from those tourist trips on boats that can carry hundreds of people. Our boats accommodate from five to eleven people and there are almost 40 km of canals for you to explore in the company of family, friends or colleagues. Or you can make it a romantic trip for two…
Have you always wondered how the Canal Saint Martin links to Port de l’Arsenal? You can find the answer to this question by gliding through the Temple and Richard Lenoir tunnels, located beneath the boulevards of the same name. These tunnels, penetrated by beams of daylight entering via various ventilation shafts, will surprise you with the tranquillity they offer and the romantic atmosphere that reigns within them. (Itinerary for groups available upon request only).
Marin D’Eau Douce can prepare picnic or aperitif hampers for you, ensuring you enjoy the best possible experience as you discover a different side of Paris.
A few kilometres from Paris there are numerous parks for you to visit, where you can sunbathe, picnic or enjoy a game of boules with friends.
If you would like a table, please let our team know so that they can book you one of the seven-person Scoops, which are equipped with one.
Our aperitif hampers are priced at €7 per person (must be ordered in advance).
You can also have a drink on our terrace, either before or after your boat trip. We serve cold drinks as well as food for you to enjoy during your breaks (cheese/cold meat boards, salads, dried sausages, tapas, etc.)
